A small vacant lot in the middle of Kreuzberg between Bergmannkiez and Potsdamer Platz fascinated us for a new building project with 14 residential units. This is where urbanity and the future of Berlin's living culture meet in a unique way. The outstanding location, easy accessibility and direct proximity to the city's cultural scene are unique.
