Concept: ESG transformation office-to-senior apartments

In view of the growing demand for age-appropriate living space and increasing vacancy rates in office buildings, this project aims to convert unused office space into sustainable apartments suitable for the elderly. The transformation is taking into account ESG criteria (environmental, social, governance) to create ecologically, socially and economically sustainable living spaces.
Project goals:
Sustainable reuse: Change of use of the existing office building into apartments suitable for the elderly, in line with the location and building structure.
Climate-friendly renovation: Using energy-efficient technologies and materials to reduce CO₂ emissions.
Design suitable for the elderly: Barrier-free access, ergonomic living concepts and social infrastructure.
Economic viability: Development of a profitable model for investors and operators.
