Project goals:

representativeness: The foyer and entrance area not only serves as a functional transition, but also as a calling card for the building. Representativeness results from a conscious design of space, material, light and proportion, which reflects the character and values of the house.

Climate-friendly renovation: Using energy-efficient technologies and materials to reduce CO₂ emissions.

Ease of use: Orientation & Clarity: Visitors should immediately recognize where elevators, stairs and waiting areas are located. Guidance systems, visual axes and open spatial sequences make orientation easier.

Economic viability: Development of a profitable and sustainable concept
