• Local inventory (survey)
• Preparation of all planning documents (drawings)
• Obtaining building permits
• Coordination of technical planning (TGA, electrical)
• Construction supervision and local construction supervision
• Safety and Health Coordination (SiGeKo)
• Preparation of the construction booklet and shop book
• Issuance of an energy certificate (EPC)
