Levi Strauss & Co. was founded in 1853 by the Bavarian immigrant Levi Strauss in San Francisco, USA, and today is one of the biggest brand clothing producers in the world. The company is resident in more than 110 countries and today has more than 11,400 employees. There is no other producer with a comparable presence on the jeans market. Today the products of Levi Strauss & Co. are available worldwide in approx 60,000 stores including 260 company-owned stores as well as 1,500 franchise stores.

Tasks

• Planning and realization of new stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Adaption of all Levi’s shop designs to individual premises
• Cost controlling, project management and documentation

Results

Since 2008 we have been realizing more than 20 characteristic Levi’s Stores in the ’Shop in Shop’, ’Revolution Light’, ’Factory Outlet’ and ’Revolution 2’ distribution formats in individual locations. For each store we have been creating a shop manual for Levi’s with all the technical and service-relevant details.
